Cycle: We use a 20 mg vial or Nasal Spray/B6, and we monitor the process carefully. It starts with a 50 units (1 mg) subcutaneous injection. If we don’t see results in 1–4 hours, you will receive an injection of an additional 12.5 units (0.25 mg) every hour until we achieve the desired results. The cycle doesn’t exceed 100 units (2 mg) within 72 hours. We also limit usage to no more than eight times a month. PT-141/B12 is an agonist of the melanocortin receptors in the brain, which stimulate increased sexual desire and arousal in both men and women. It is FDA-approved for the treatment of hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD) in women, not for men.
