The facility is welcoming and well designed. The beverage station should be great option for patients in the future. It is also in an excellent location.

We provide in office or telemedicine visits for your convenience and busy schedules. We will also help co-manage existing medical conditions to optimize your treatment plan.

Rather than the traditional corporate model which limits time with physicians and health care providers. This model allows full access to your dedicated healthcare team. Our goal is to provide you with the highest standard of care available and cut out the middle management of healthcare. Insurance companies can limit your treatment options and dictate your care. This model allows us to provide cost-effective care directly to our members.
Membership includes: All ongoing physician visits, laboratory analysis, Testosterone and supplies delivered directly to your home. Injections can be self-administered at home or given by your team in the office. It also includes exclusive pricing and access to all our adjunctive services including: Prescription medications, Supplements, and Aesthetics.

Dr. Adam Silbiger, MD
Dr. Silbiger, MD is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. He has been practicing as an Internal Medicine Hospitalist in the Charleston area since completing his Residency at the University of South Carolina in 2009. He has led physicians as a Medical Director and Chief of staff and advocates for healthy lifestyle modification and prevention throughout his many roles. He has over 15 years of experience treating men along the spectrum of healthcare including the Acute Care, Post-Acute Care, Telemedicine, Rehab, and Palliative Care settings. He has a personal interest in Men’s Health and Longevity and is an avid fitness enthusiast. “I want my patients to know I am right there with them, practicing what I preach. We all want to optimize our potential and have the best quality of life for as long as possible.” In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 22 years and 2 children, traveling and water sports.

Dr. Nicole Nadel, DO, is a distinguished and board-certified FACEP (Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians). She holds the position of co-founder and Chief Medical Officer (CMO) at Totality Medispa, an esteemed medical spa with two locations in Charleston, SC. Dr. Nadel’s expertise lies in non-surgical aesthetic medicine, and she is renowned for her exceptional skills as a master injector and educator, excelling in achieving remarkably natural results without resorting to surgery.
Stanley
Stanley moved to Charleston from New York City with his wife, Dr. Nadel and their two kids. Prior to opening Totality Medispa with his wife, he worked in various financial roles at JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, Barclays, and Sequence Financial Specialists.
Stanley holds a BS in Computer Science from Stony Brook University and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Fordham University.
During his free time, Stanley enjoys playing tennis, biking, and camping with his family.
